Packaging

  • 25 Kg or 50 Lbs. multi-walls PE lined paper bags on pallets.
  • 1000 Kg or 2205 Lbs. Big Bags.

Uses

  • All types of cured and non-cured coarse ground and emulsions type meat products.
  • Non viscousity binder with moderate pH.
  • Provides effective WHC and color development.
  • Stable for all types of processed machine- including bowl choppers.
  • Stabilizes tenderness, taste and appearance.
  • Prevents nutritional loss during shelf life and microbial growth.

  • EEC classification: E 450, E451, E452.
  • Appearance: White powder.
  • Shelf life: 24 months in original package, under dry and cool storage conditions.
  • Maximum stack height: 2 pallets.

Recommended dosage

  • optimum will be reached with 0.3 to 0.5 (300-500g/100kg) M 345, calculated in the end product.
