Uses

  • Multi-purpose quick dissolved phosphate for meat, poultry and seafood processing.
  • May be user dry addition at full scale of temperatures.
  • Quickly dissolves in chilled water.
  • Ideal for ice-cold applications.
  • Treatment of seafood or meat prior to freezing stores natural moisture and minimizes drip loss.
  • Reduce flavor and texture deterioration.
  • Helps fish, shrimps and meat retain appearance of unfrozen food.

  • Appearance: White powder.
  • Shelf life: 24 months in original package, under dry and cool storage conditions.
  • Maximum stack height: 2 pallets.

Recommended dosage

  • An optimum will be reached with 1.0 to 5.0% (100-500g/10L) 217M in brine; or 0.3 to 0.5%, calculated in the end product.
