Main usage

Injection and tumbling brines and marinades for cured and uncured cooked meats, bacon, poultry.
Significantly increases yield and water holding capacity.

Prevents microbial growth.

Recommended dosage

An optimum will be reached with 0.3 to 0.5% (300-500g/100 kg) M349, calculated in the end product.
