Uses

  • Brine additive for fish, fish fillets, shrimps and scallops processing.
  • High effectivity and solubility in ice cold brines.
  • Reduces drip loss, flavor and texture deteioration.
  • Stabilizes color, taste and appearance.
  • Prevents drip and moisture loss during shelf life.
  • Prevents nutritional loss during shelf life and microbial growth.

  • EEC classification: E 450, E 451, E 452.
  • Appearance: White, granular powder.
  • Shelf life: 24 months in original package, under dry and cool storage conditions.
  • Maximum stack height: 2 pallets.

Recommended dosage

  • An optimum will be reached with 1.0 to 8.0% (100-800g/10L) F 241S in brine.
