CRF localisation on Institut Français de la Vigne

The IFV vineyards manager has started to localize CRF for several years. IFV is the famous french research institute which is working on new grape varieties. thanks to the sandy soil, the main part of the vineyards are planted without rootstock.

On those 80 ha of vineyards, Fertigation and CRF has used for many years now. Today 50% of the vineyard are fertigated by drip irrigation. Where there are no irrigation system, CRF have used for many years with success. The CRF are located on the row, not in the middle. They use an old seeding machine and in order to localize the CRF on the row, they blocked the middle pipes of the machine. In France, we don't have money enought, but we have ideas....
