Uses

  • All types of sausages, meat emulsions, comminuted meat products, and meat pre blends- medium. viscosity binder for emulsion type meat products used with all kinds of processed machine.
  • Allows increasing fat percentage in sausage formulation.
  • Stabilizes color, test and appearance.

  • EEC classification: E 450, E452.
  • Appearance: White fine powder.
  • Shelf life: 24 months in original package, under dry and cool storage conditions.
  • Maximum stack height: 2 pallets.

Recommended dosage

  • An optimum will be reached with 0.3  to 0.5% (300-500g/100kg) M 249,  calculated in the end product.
