K.C. Schaefer Supply - York, PA

It all started back in 1898 when my grandfather immigrated to America from Germany. A farmer by trade he came with all his possessions in a 6’ steamer trunk. Moving to the York Pennsylvania area he began working for several farms. By 1922, he started growing flowers and plants selling them on the wholesale markets in Philadelphia and Baltimore. By the Late 60s, my father had increased production and was selling in the entire region of Eastern Pennsylvania.
In 1975, I opened K.C. Schaefer Supply to help provide all growers with quality growing supplies, pots, soils, fertilizers, etc. 
In the past 50 years K.C. Schaefer has expanded to all the Middle Atlantic states with weekly delivery. Additionally, we ship throughout most of the Eastern half of the United States to bring our current service area to include 37 states.
