Application rates

Soil characteristics and the nutritional demands of the crop determine the fertilization application rates. Tables 1 and 2 define the status of the phosphorus (P) and potassium (K) count in relation to the soil’s organic matter content and the crop group. Table 3 suggests the Haifa Turbo-K™ application rates according to the levels defined in tables 1 and 2.

Note: the fertilizer application rate does not consider the nitrogen (N) content in the soil analysis. Adjusting the nitrogen (N) count is in relation to the plant’s requirements, previous crop residues and weather conditions.
