Haifa Leadership Forum 2026: From Global Vision to Growth in the Field

Date

In the third week of 2026, Haifa Group’s subsidiary managers and senior leadership gathered in Israel for the annual Haifa Leadership Forum (HLF) – a cornerstone event that strengthens global alignment, shared values, and professional excellence across the Group, fuelling its international success.

Through genuine connection between people, cultures, and teams across the globe, One Haifa comes to life in its fullest meaning. The Haifa Leadership Forum 2026 brought this connection to the forefront – highlighting the shared purpose, mutual responsibility, and cross‑border collaboration that shape Haifa Group into one professional family.

The first day of the forum, held on January 12 at The Jaffa Hotel in Tel Aviv, set the strategic framework for the days ahead. In his opening address, Motti Levin, CEO of Haifa Group, outlined the company’s growth journey in advanced agriculture and its long-term global expansion vision. In this spirit, the day’s sessions provided a concise global overview of Haifa’s business performance, market trends, sustainability agenda, financial outlook, and organizational culture. Together, they reinforced the Group’s long-term growth direction and its commitment to responsible, values-driven leadership.

On the second day, HLF participants visited Haifa’s agricultural R&D center at Aaronsohn Farm, where they explored the research, trials, and agronomic innovation that drive product development. The farm’s team guided participants through research facilities and ongoing trials, demonstrating how scientific knowledge, data, and field experience are integrated to develop practical, high-performance plant nutrition solutions. The day continued at Haifa Group’s headquarters, fostering direct dialogue between subsidiary managers and central teams, and strengthening collaboration, coordination, and mutual understanding between global field activity and the supporting functions in Israel. At the R&D laboratories, participants were also exposed to the thorough processes and evaluations behind every innovation launched to the market.

The third day focused on Haifa’s production and operational excellence with a visit to the Haifa Negev plant, the Group’s main manufacturing site. The tour included an introduction to the new Blumonia ammonia plant, packaging facilities, and the integrated logistics infrastructure. The visit illustrated how innovation, quality control, and efficient supply chains enable Haifa to deliver tailored solutions reliably to markets worldwide.

More than an annual meeting, HLF 2026 reinforced Haifa Group’s identity as a truly global organization – united by a shared vision, strong values, close connection between headquarters and field activity, and a constant drive for professional excellence and sustainable growth.
