  • All types of sausages, meat emulsions, comminuted meat products, and meat pre blends.
  • Medium viscosity binder for sausages processing- effective in high fat-to-lean ratio formulation.
  • Suitable for PSE-meat and meat with increased content of intermuscular fat and connective tissue.
  • Has cryoprotection properties, suitable for products destined for following frozen storage.

  • EEC classification: E 450, E451, E452.
  • Appearance: White fine powder.
  • Shelf life: 24 months in original package, under dry and cool storage conditions.
  • Maximum stack height: 2 pallets.

Recommended dosage

  • optimum will be reached with 0.3  to 0.5% (300-500g/100kg) M 248, calculated  in the end product.
