Uses

  • Injection and tumbling brines and marinades for cooked, cured and uncured meat, poultry, and seafood products.
  • Suitable for all injection products.
  • Quickly dissolved in chilled water.
  • Significantly increases yield and WHC.
  • Increases tenderness and flavor during shelf life.
  • Prevents nutritional loss during shelf life and microbial growth.

Product information

  • EEC classification: E 450, E451, E452.
  • Appearance: White free flowing granular powder.
  • Shelf life: 24 months in original package, under dry and cool storage conditions.
  • Maximum stack height: 2 pallets.

Recommended dosage

  • An optimum will be reached with 0.3 to 0.5% (300-500g/100kg) M 255, calculated in the end product.
