Uses

  • Injection and tumbling brines and marinades for cured and uncured cooked meats, bacon, poultry.
  • Significantly increases yield and water holding capacity.
  • revents drip and moisture loss during meat processing.
  • Stabilizes color, taste and appearance.
  • Increases tenderness and flavor during shelf life.
  • Prevents microbial growth.

  • EEC classification: E 450, E451, E452.
  • Appearance: White free flowing granular powder.
  • Shelf life: 24 months in original package, under dry and cool storage conditions.
  • Maximum stack height: 2 pallets.

Recommended dosage

  • An optimum will be reached with 0.3 to 0.5% (300-500g/100 kg) M349, calculated in the end product.
