  • Medium viscosity binder with increased tolerance to quality of raw materials.
  • Increase tenderness and flavor during shelf life.
  • Stabilizes color, test and appearance.

  • EEC classification: E 450, E452.
  • Appearance: White fine powder.
  • Shelf life: 24 months in original package, under dry and cool storage conditions.
  • Maximum stack height: 2 pallets.

Recommended dosage

  • An optimum will be reached with 0.3 to 0.5% (300-500g/100kg) M 447, calculated in the end product.
