Through a series of targeted initiatives, technical visits, events, educational collaborations and international participation, we stayed close to the needs of the agricultural community, offering solutions that combine expertise, technology and hands-on support.

Grill Day – Innovation & Nutrition in Alexandria, Imathia

Held on Thursday, March 6th, Grill Day – Innovation & Nutrition brought together great food and groundbreaking professional insights in a lively and engaging atmosphere. The event took place at the Agroproject Argyra agronomic store and was proudly sponsored by Haifa South East Europe.

A large number of producers attended the event, enjoying the opportunity to:

  • Discover Haifa’s latest innovations in plant nutrition, including water-soluble fertilizers, biostimulants, and plant growth enhancers

  • Connect and exchange experiences with fellow growers and industry professionals

  • Indulge in unique, mouthwatering flavors

Mr. Dimitris Kantzaras (Commercial Director) and Mr. Dimitris Sarris (Area Sales Manager) represented Haifa, actively engaged with attendees, listened to their needs, and shared advanced nutrition technologies designed to support modern agriculture.

Participation in the National Potato Growers Association HAK Seminar, Bulgaria

The informational seminar of the HAK National Potato Growers Association was successfully held in Velingrad, Bulgaria, drawing a strong turnout of agricultural professionals and businesses committed to advancing potato cultivation.

Haifa South East Europe, in collaboration with its official distributor in Bulgaria, Continvest, took an active role in the event, showcasing:

  • The new range of HaifaStim™ biostimulants

  • A tailored, comprehensive nutrition program designed specifically for potato crops

Representing Haifa, agronomist Haris Peros, Specialty Nutrition Expert, was on hand to engage with participants. From Continvest, Georgi Nikolov (Sales Manager) and Andrian Ivanov provided in-depth presentations on Haifa’s nutrition solutions, sparking valuable discussions among growers and industry stakeholders.

 

11-4-25: Technical Support Visits at Strawberry Farms  in Varda – Manolada

As part of our continued commitment to supporting producers, agronomists from Haifa and AgriSC conducted field visits to strawberry crops across the wider Varda and Manolada region in Ilia.

The tour focused on:

  • Monitoring plant development

  • Assessing crop nutritional needs

  • Providing tailored recommendations to optimize production

Our close collaboration with local agronomic retailers is essential in delivering advanced technical guidance that supports high-quality, high-yield cultivation..

Plastiras Lake Cup 2025 – Sponsorship with Altitude and Meaning

For the second year in a row, Haifa proudly served as the Grand Sponsor of the National Ultralight Aircraft Race at Lake Plastiras an event that captures the dynamism, natural beauty, and unique spirit of the Karditsa region.

Our involvement goes beyond sponsorship. It reflects our deep commitment to supporting initiatives that celebrate local identity, foster connection, and embody the values of resilience and collaboration.

From Theory to Practice: Lecture at AUTH on Sustainable Fertilization

Bridging academic knowledge with innovation in agriculture is a core priority for Haifa. In this spirit, on Thursday, May 8th, Mr. Thanasis Rosoglou, CEO of Haifa South East Europe, delivered a guest lecture to students of the School of Agriculture at the Aristotle University of Thessaloniki. The session took place within the course “Plant Nutrition and Fertilizers”, led by Professor Anastasios Siomos.

Topic: “New Technologies in Fertilizer Production and Application”

The presentation explored key themes such as sustainable fertilization, controlled-release technologies, and Haifa’s role in advancing precision agriculture.

The event fostered a valuable exchange of knowledge and experiences, with students showing strong engagement through thoughtful questions and active participation.

Haifa Helping Hands – Supporting Potato Growers in Pella

As part of Haifa’s sustainable development strategy, the first informational meeting of the pilot program Haifa Helping Hands – Potato Growers took place with the participation of producers from South Aridaia and Perikleia, in the Regional Unit of Pella, Municipality of Almopia.

The meeting focused on:

  • A tailored nutrition program, developed based on soil analyses and the specific needs of potato cultivation

  • An introduction to Haifa’s innovative solutions, including HaifaStim™, Poly-Feed™ Stim, and Haifa Micro™

  • Digital precision agriculture tools such as NutriNet™, Croptune™, and FoliMatch™

The presentation was delivered by Katerina Partheniou, Product & Marketing Manager of Haifa South East Europe, in collaboration with the agronomic store Chatzivasileiadis Stavros M.I.K.E.

This initiative marks a meaningful step in strengthening grower support through personalized guidance, advanced technologies, and close local partnerships.
