1.    Our company’s English name is "Haifa Chemicals Ltd." and Chinese name is "以色列海法化学工业公司". It is a fertilizer company founded in 1966 and headquartered in Israel. Since entering the Chinese market in 1994, the Haifa^® brand has been deeply trusted by Chinese users for the ultra-high quality of its series of products, and its precise and flexible solutions and perfect after-sales services.

2.    Haifa Chemicals Ltd. and the so-called "Haifa Chemicals Ltd." and "Haifa Yam chemicals Industry (Qingdao) Co., Ltd." in the aforementioned "Joint Statement of Haifa Chemicals Ltd. and Haifa Yam chemicals (Qingdao) Co., Ltd." has no partnership or investment relationship.

3.    Beijing Office of Haifa Chemicals Ltd. and Haifa (Beijing) Trading Limited Company are the sole office and wholly-owned subsidiary of Haifa Chemicals Ltd. in China. Office address: Room 602, Building A, Foreign Enterprise Building, No. 15 West Dawang Road, Chaoyang District, Beijing

4.    Haifa Chemicals Ltd. registered the  globally through the World Intellectual Property Organization (WIPO) on July 24, 2011; at the same time, "Haifa", "Poly-feed", "保力丰^®" and Multi-NPK^® are all trademarks registered by our company in China. Any unauthorized use of the above trademarks by any other companies, institutions or individuals is illegal.

5.    Haifa Chemicals Ltd. has never sold products through telephone or online channels. Here, we call on consumers to pay attention to screening and purchase Haifa products through official channels to avoid being deceived and causing unnecessary losses.

6.    For any illegal use of our company's name, trademarks and patterns, our company will reserve the right to pursue legal liabilities and take legal measures to safeguard our rights.

7.    The following documents are attached in order to ensure a correct understanding of the facts:

a.     Haifa Chemicals Ltd.’s registration certificate and business certificate issued by the Israeli Ministry of Justice and dual-certified by the Israeli Ministry of Foreign Affairs and the Chinese Embassy in Israel;

b.     Global registration certificate issued by the World Intellectual Property Organization (WIPO);

c.     Business registration certificate of Beijing Office of Haifa Chemicals Ltd.;

d.     Business license of Haifa Trading (Beijing) Limited Company;

e.     Trademark registration certificates of “Haifa” in China.
