3. How We Share Your Personal Information
3.1. In addition to the recipients described above, we may share your Personal Information as follows:
3.1.1. With our business partners with whom we jointly offer products or services (including distributors). We may also share Personal Information with our affiliated companies. We may also share Personal Information with our affiliated companies about you. They may combine this Personal Information with other details they hold about you. Unless they provide you with their own privacy policy, they may use your Personal Information for the purposes explained in this Privacy Policy. We are part of the Haifa group, which is a global organization. For the purposes explained in this Privacy Policy, we may transfer your Personal Information to Haifa group companies (including service providers operating on their behalf) and other third parties in countries which do not have the same level of data protection laws as those in the country where you are located. Haifa uses several legal mechanisms, including EU Standard Contractual Clauses, to help ensure that your rights and protections are respected by all companies of the Haifa group. We use efforts to ensure that each Haifa group company will comply with the key data protection principles of fair handling of Personal Information and ensuring adequate level of protection of Personal Information.
3.1.2. We may use third party service providers to process your information for the purposes outlined above, including, without limitation:
3.1.2.1. With cloud service providers for hosting purposes;
3.1.2.2. With websites and web content creation platforms in order to help us manage our Website, Web Apps and Mobile App;
3.1.2.3. With email providers, marketing and advertising providers, CRM, other similar tools and providers;
3.1.2.4. With payment processing service providers, for billing purposes;
3.1.2.5. With third parties integration services that we make available Web Apps and Mobile App; and
3.1.2.6. With analytic companies, in order to help us understand and analyze information we collect in accordance with this policy.
3.1.3. To the extent necessary, with regulators, courts or competent authorities, to comply with applicable laws, regulations and rules (including, without limitation, federal, state or local laws), and requests of law enforcement, regulatory and other governmental agencies or if required to do so by court order;
3.1.4. If, in the future, we sell or transfer, or we consider selling or transferring, some or all of our business, shares or assets to a third party, we will disclose your Personal Information to such third party (whether actual or potential) in connection with the foregoing events;

4. Additional Information Regarding Transfers of Personal Information
4.1. Internal transfers: Transfers within the Haifa group will be covered by an internal processing agreement entered into by members of the Haifa group (an intra-group data processing agreement) which contractually obliges each member to ensure that Personal Information receives an adequate and consistent level of protection wherever it is transferred to.
4.2. External transfers: Where we transfer your Personal Information outside of EU/EEA (for example to third parties who provide us with services), we will generally obtain contractual commitments from them to protect your Personal Information.
4.3. Transfer mechanism: When Haifa group engages in such transfers of Personal Information, it relies on i) Adequacy Decisions as adopted by European Commission on the basis of Article 45 of Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (GDPR) (for example, when we access from Israel), or ii) Standard Contractual Clauses issued by the European Commission. Haifa Group also continually monitors the circumstances surrounding such transfers in order to ensure that these maintain, in practice, a level of protection that is essentially equivalent to the one guaranteed by the GDPR.
5. Your Privacy Rights. How To Delete Your Account
5.1. The following rights (which may be subject to certain exemptions or derogations) shall apply to certain individuals (some of which only apply to individuals protected by the GDPR, or LGPD – as applicable):
- You have a right to access Personal Information held about you. Your right of access may normally be exercised free of charge, however we reserve the right to charge an appropriate administrative fee where permitted by applicable law;
- You have the right to request that we rectify any Personal Information we hold that is inaccurate or misleading;

If you terminate your account, any association between your account and Personal Information we store will no longer be accessible through your account. However, given the nature of sharing on certain services, any public activity on your account prior to deletion will remain stored on our servers and will remain accessible to the public.
5.5. Marketing emails – opt-out: You may choose not to receive marketing email of this type by sending a single email with the subject "BLOCK" to privacy@haifa-group.com. Please note that the email must come from the email account you wish to block OR if you receive an unwanted email from us, you can use the unsubscribe link found at the bottom of the email to opt out of receiving future emails, and we will process your request within a reasonable time after receipt.
6. Use by Children.
We do not offer our products or services for use by children and, therefore, we do not knowingly collect Personal Information from, and/or about children under the age of eighteen (18). If you are under the age of eighteen (18), do not provide any Personal Information to us without involvement of a parent or a guardian. 8. Analytic Tools.
- Google Analytics. The Website uses a tool called “Google Analytics” to collect information about use of the Website. Google Analytics collects information such as how often users visit this Website, what pages they visit when they do so, and what other websites they used prior to coming to this Website. We use the information we get from Google Analytics to maintain and improve the Website and our products. We do not combine the information collected through the use of Google Analytics with Personal Information we collect.
