Transportation & storage

Transportation emissions: Constructing a new railway terminal located next to the Haifa Negev production site, replacing truck transport with rail, thus saving approximately 8 kg of CO₂eq per ton of delivered product or material.
Bio-diesel Vehicles: At Haifa's site in France, all raw materials are transported from the port using bio-diesel trucks

Solutions

Croptune app helps growers optimize fertilizer application, reduce costs, and achieve higher yields and quality. It also prevents over-fertilization, which can seep into the soil or be released into the atmosphere.
Digital Platforms: The NutriNet™ and MultiMatch™ tools help growers match nutrition to their crops’ exact growth needs, improving Nutrient Use Efficiency, maximizing yields, and minimizing waste.
These tools also assess environmental and carbon footprints. As of the end of 2023, there were over 10,000 growers registered for the service.

Growers

Maintaining online knowledge hub available for all in Haifa’s website. During 2023, Haifa’s knowledge-hub website had over 1.5 million visits, which is an average of 4000 visits a day.
5,500+ armers across the world received agronomic trainings from Haifa’s experts in 280 training sessions by 8 different subsidiaries
